- Customer service is a priority in everything you do.
- Greeting customers with a smile, reading a computer screen to assist them in choosing their seats
- Be comfortable working with high volumes of cash and or credit cards
- Keep the box clean while utilizing our daily checklists
- Be available nights, weekends and holidays.
- Work effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, customers, vendors and corporate partners.
- Answer the phone
- Deliver timely results with minimal supervision.
CONCESSIONER
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES

- Be comfortable working with high volumes of cash and or credit cards
- Keep concession area clean and organzied while utilizing our daily checklists
- Be available nights, weekends and holidays.
- Work effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, customers, vendors and corporate partners.
- Prepare and deliver hot food items
- Up-sell
- Be very personable and talkative
- Deliver timely results with minimal supervision.
USHER
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES

- Greeting customers with a smile, taking their ticket and directing them where to go
- Be comfortable working with high volumes of cash and or credit cards
- Assist with crowd control and seating guests
- Making sure the customer enjoys the best movie going experience possible
- Be available nights, weekends and holidays.
- Work effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, customers, vendors and corporate partners.
- Keep the lobby, hallways, theaters, and restrooms clean and organized at all times
- Be very personable and talkative
- Deliver timely results with minimal supervision.
